Live in odisha am landlord eviction case going on in civil court

I reside in odisha state .l m landlord my eviction case is going on in civil court of lower session court . But now I can file another criminal case for eviction on same tenant cpx and ipc can go simultaneously. Wha t is procedure for this ?

Criminal trespassing would be the best ground for you to file a criminal case against the tenant but for that the rent agreement needs to be expired/terminated. This is the common ground mostly taken in such cases. On the other hand, may u kindly specify the nature of offence/ occurance/ criminal activity done by the tenant so that I could guide with properly.

Yes criminal case will not affect the status of the civil case. If you want to file criminal case then file complain case before the SDJM . After initial statement the learnt Court issue summons to the accused

Yes bt if u don't hv agreement with him. But as far prevailing practices it won't help u much.Rather go 2 high court for order of target to complete d case with in stipulated time period. But as per law u can initiate civil & criminal proceedings if it z provided in d law
