Life and Limb risk/threat to attend family court mediation/hearing .

I do not want to attend family court mediation which is in January 2023 as I have threat or risk of life and limb from my wife and her relatives. She filed section 9 cases. I have already filed written statement.My question is :n1. How to take police security to attend the same as without police security I can not attend the mediation in family court.2. what and how to write to family court for my concern and whether family court will listen to my concern.please guide me.

In that regards you should move an Application before the same Family Court through council and if court denied it then approach District Judge for the purpose of security af no where provide then approach High Court.

You need to come before High court, he is fully impowered to give you such type of releif you really want no one can able to provide to police protection, but you need to file your case properly. In number of cases I get the relif from court.

you cannot skip proceeding of mediation, straight away . attend the mediation proceeding on the date given if you face any conditions where the opposite party threatening you make any attempt To Ham you then you can Give application for your protection to the family court as well as to the local police then they will be bound to give you protection.
