Lied information about past criminal history to get anticipatory bail

I want to know about the following:-
1. What in case a person lied about his past criminal history in his anticipatory bail affidavit and gets bail.
2. Who could be held responsible for hiding information/providing wrong information in anticipatory bail affidavit - the person or his lawyer?
3. How to and whom to complain about such person out on anticipatory bail hiding previous criminal history?
4. What actions can be taken on such person and what could be likely punishment for such acts?
if any person gets bail by hiding their criminal incident and gates anticipatory bail his aur her bail maybe cancelled. the person will be held liable for hiding his/her criminal incident we have to complain before the court where the Bail Bond has been executed there are several punishment given in IPC which now change in BNS 2023. for details please connect us.
