Legality of photographing or video recording an act of offence

If someone was to notice a commission of an offense (Example say, two people threatening each other within their private property, ongoing illegal construction activity at a private property, acts of food adulteration, etc ) and the onlooker then photographs these criminal acts to be reported to law enforcement or for evidence in Court is that by any means illegal?

hello sir according to your query you can file a civil suit in nearest civil Court and the person is using your photograph according to evidence act 65a affidavit further more query please contact me immediately
