Legal to charge fee by websites to applying for jobs for applicant

10-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, One of my friend is yet about to start a job assistance website for job seekers which is only accessible through a paid subscription. I would like to know if it is legal to charge a convenience fee from job seekers just for searching and applying suitable jobs for them.

before setting up the company you need to consult a lawyer about the legalities and procedure which is to be followed. you also need to see that in which category your company lies. and accordingly, terms and conditions will apply.

Its a technical and business issue than a legal issue. Please consult the technical experts to know about website and fee structure etc and I am not the right one to answer. Of course if you would like to know about any crimes of cyber etc you can contact cyber crime police.
