At present none of these petitions would be available as an option since your writ was dismissed. You can approach the lower court to see the proceedings that are going against you and whether the High Court Order has been implemented in true letter or spirit. If it is not implemented you have the option of filing contempt petition for disobeying the Order of the High Court and a Writ Petition for further relief that you are seeking.

File a Special Leave Petition (Just like appeal) in the Supreme Court of India against the high court order. I hope you will get success there.

I filed a writ under article 226(quashing of FIR, based on jurisdiction) that was disposed of as not pressed on the assurance given by govt. lawyer to act fairly. HC directed in the same order that IO would determine if any cause of action lies at the place where the FIR was filed. By what next case that I can file to ask the HC to seek a report from the police as to what they have done so far and found as per order of HC. Would it be 1.
