Hi, what are my legal options if I am exposed to sleping gas without my consent on a daily basis.

You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. Anything which is done without your consent can be classified as a criminal offence punishable by law. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.

Section 13 of ICA defines consent as “when two parties entered into the contract there should agree upon the same thing in the same manner” there should be a meeting of minds between the two parties. So, this is against your consent you have option to file a complaint against the wrongdoer. Also, you can sue that person in the court and ask for a damages and compensation for mental, physical harassment.
