I need legal advice regarding an incident on October 19, 2024. My family and I, a group of eight, were on our way to a restaurant outside Pune. After dinner, we planned to visit a friend's house and had purchased six bottles of beer for ₹1450. At a police checkpoint, officers found the sealed beer in my car.
