First of all is the Girl Adult or Minor. If she is Adult, (18+) then her parents cannot marry her forcefully. In that event, if the Girls is in Agreement, then you both can file joint Petition in the Gujarat High Court, for Police Protection that since the Girls Parents are forcefully trying to get her marry and and there is threat to both of you. The Court will grant you protection.

This will serve you two purpose. (1) That since the girl is joining you, in future there wont be any allegation or complaint you that you did anything forcefully with the girl or did anything illegal. (2) The girls parents will be prevented from doing any mischief.

If the Girl is not ready to join you, and if you feel that girl is home locked by their parents, then in such event, you can file Habeus Corpus Petition in the High Court, asking the Court, to produce the Girl in the Court, wherein the Girls Statement will be recorded, if she want to stay with her parents, or she want to marry you. So this will finally conclude the entire issue. If she want to go with you then you can marry freely to her, without any disturbance and any fear of future complaints, and if she is denies going with you, then you have to rest your self there, else you might be in trouble thereafter.

You both can marry without your parents consent.

if you both want to honour your parents decision then try to convince them and you both wait till they do not agree.
I do not understand that why the girl is threatening you for police complaint if you have such good relation. May be threat is for you so that you marry her .....show the courage
