Legal action against person who cheated financially

I have been cheated by a person who i trusted and put to a great financial loss and a lot of trauma that cannot be estimated. i wish to claim for damages and have no finances. How do i go about.
You didn't posted how and in which way you are get cheated and what evidences you had against him.Please try to explain elaborately what happend .Than only we can guide you in which way you can recover that financial loss caused by him.

you should file a case of cheating and breach of trust and claim compensation. you should contact legal aid center who can provide you a lawyer at government expense. alternatively once you file the case the other person might get scared and pay you back if he knows you have a strong case.
