Madam i have been cheated by a man who is working in dubai l and t he has been cheated in the name of marriage . He always used to harrass me verbally he now married a another woman. now he is working in dubai . Is there any law to punish him ? Shall i lodge any overseas complaint to dubai ... ? Is there any chance then how should i made my complaint... ? I really want to punish him madam
