Legal action against person harassing for the recovery of amount

Previous 14 days back I bouce one cheque then he gives complent I think some police call me I take a time 7 days then I arrenge moeny I invite him but he tells first I am coming with policeman in your home then I collect he tells that one I don't like if he need money I give police also tells same he try to shameless me in my home and hometown place that's so I think now what I do what I do legal advice if I don't tell to policeman don't come like I don't have right s aa still I don't answer if you give any suggestions then I do that

If made a issue in police station .,they con't do anything becouse it is cheque issue only contest the court..but what he did he lodge the complaint against you..no use at all..you can lodge the complaint against him as per the law on harassment

Hi...if u bounce the cheque definietely it will attract checque bounce case and some time police have power to arrest you.if u want to settle the matter u come before the court and settle. Thankyou
