Legal action against father for torturing mother and causing her death

Dear sir My mother was expired before 2 and half months due to an accident. Before my mother's death my father was torchuring her. And now after my mothers death he is going for a second marriage. And now my father admits that he is responsible for my mothers death. And its not a accident. Sir We are suspecting it was a SUICIDE due to my fathers torchure. What action we can take as a son and daughter. Amit
You have not mentioned whether any case has started in the context of your mother's death. If yes you have to provide me the details and if no case is started yet then you have to tell me that why you did not go to the police to lodge an FIR and why after a delay of 2 and half months you are asking for an advice knowing that your mother was tortured by your father before her death. Further I would request you to take legal advice from an advocate immediately.

First of all you cannot stop your father from conducting a second marriage because he can conduct it because his first wife is already dead.And if you have a doubt that your father is responsible for your mothers suicide then go and register a FIR for abatement of suicide against your father.
