Legal action against false promise to marry then cheated later

Hello sir,we r in love last frm 6 months we were both relations but after knowing our love in girl hme she was house arrested & thre family changed her mind set now shez nt loving me but I evidence selfies, cl data,eye witnes,but she promised me to she will marry but now she changed shal we take any action by legally??ths hpn in 17 yrs of age fr girl ..but nw she will got 18yrs of age in 1week nt completing 18 only she will get 18 !! Shl we take any action??? Plss help me sir am unable to forgot but I want to tke revenge on thre family!!

Since the evidences you have (selfies, data etc) were taken when the girl was 17 years old, these are not legally valid evidences in eyes of law.
In all probability the girl must have been threatened by her parents and that is the reason she is scared to admit her love for you..
Wait till the girl achieves 18 years of age and probably you can reach out to her and try to convince her and her family.
