Legal action against false case filed

A PCR case has been given(false Case) to Police Station against my Brother.Police also threatening based on this PCR case and not taking any steps against our petition but supporting for the Person who has given PCR case.Pls guide us what to do...
Wait for them to file a FIR. If you are scared of getting arrested, you can obtain an amticipatory bail. If the allegations are absolutely false and baseless, you can approach the high Court to quash the FIR.

Give a complaint to SP against the police station to take on flase FIR. The Session court may also take action on this. Or The Madras High court case can also be filed under section 482 of CrPC to give directions to the police

You better file an anticipatory bail before the high court or sessions. There are chances for you to seek anticipatory bail and the court will impose some conditions to grant pre arrest bail. Simultaneously once you secure bail and after complying the conditions imposed in the said bail order you can challenge the FIR under sec.,482 of the Cr.procedure code.
