Legal action against complainant filing false complaint of section 498

Sir,Daughter in law (DIL)filed a false case against her in laws and husband, After detailed trail all accused are acquitted, in laws filed PCR against DIL and others for perjury,cheating, criminal conspiracy etc in d same trail court but trail court dismissed pcr quoting that no representation of complainant and counsel and the accused are not acquitted by giving clean chit, The PCR was not numbered and not listed in cause list.many times counsel of petitioner asked bench clerk about PCR and ever time answer was given that the file was kept in PO chamber. After dismissal of PCR CRL.R.P filed and that is also dismissed, Is it possible to get justice by approach HC and any citations of SC/HC available for punishment for false complainant of 498-A case pl guide me on d subject.
Hi.. if your crl.rp was dismissed you kindly approach High Court with suitable application before that u get the certified copy of all rejection order so that you can file a petition on good ground.

You have to prove your case in the said pending case first and court have to acquit you all by passing judgement first, so try to prove your innocence. About PCR if it is dismissed for non prosecution then it would have been restored in Crlrp but how come it was dismissed has to be known by seeing the concerned documents. You can file a Criminal Appeal before the High Court against the order of Crlrp. Consult any advocate
