Legal action against a fake degree holder

Hi..my superior is mentally harassing me at office for last couple of years. He is having fake MBA degree from TASMAC Ltd., Pune, a fake organisation now closed. Our organisation is a Govt. of India aided scientific research public organisation. I want to file FIR against him for his fake degree. Please help me.
Yes u can file a FIR by approaching local police with strict and reliable evidence that his degree is fake. Once the FIR is lodged then it comes to court. Second gather some evidence from your office to support your case. That will help u too.
