I gave money to a lawyer for taking some legal service. Now the lawyer has taken money and is not doing the work. The lawyer is ignoring my calls and messages. What action against the lawyer can I take. I am in Delhi.
hello client what legal action ur going to take with the help of an lawyer as you are saying the ur lawyer is ignoring the calls. now in my advice you should engage other good lawyer and carry on with your case in court of law and lawyer matter is to be handke very gently try to solve it very gently and with the process of talling only tht will be better for both if you if he still do not agree then you should move to take action.
