Lawyer taken fees but not responding

Hi,
We consulted a lawyer via lawrato.
Because of his in experience, he got us detained.
He charged fees but no progress on case and he has become very un responsive.
What should we do?
approach the address of the advocate , law rato just a bridge to connect clients and counsels and report to lawrato they might take action against him like blacklisting , try connecting advocate through number or address.

Firstly a lawyer client relationship is based on trust.
If you feel your lawyer is not representing you satisfactorily, you should approach the lawyer , take a NOC from him and appoint another lawyer.

you can take NoC and contact other advocate to get the work done.. properly discuss with the advocate about your issue and it is always advisable to visit the advocate office, so that you can approach him in case of no response, and even if he is totally unresponsive, you can choose other advocate through proper procedure
