Lawyer denies NOC and not answering calls

Hello,
My lawyer denies providing NOC and not answering my calls there after. Please suggest what can be done in this situation.
generally in lower Court there is no need of NOC . on particular date directly go to the Court and explain the to honorable judge and file a new vakalatnama along with affidavit . finally complaint the same issue to the concerned Bar Association.

Firstly you have to pay the balance of fee to your existing councel in presence of your proposed advocate and get NOC in a respective manner. if it's not possible, you can express the same before the court or inform to the president of the particular Bar Association.
