Law against physical violence with a mentally unstable person.

Recently my brother who is having Schizophrenia mental disorder was beaten by a group of 10 12 people 6 months ago the complaint of which was given at that time but it was compromised unethical by polices, and there was nothing that was done but unfair with him, Is it possible to get justice against this offense with my brother ?

If compromise is already done then it is difficult. However, based on those papers if fault is found out a further complaint can be made to the senior officers or Concerned Govt. Authorities. Open to further queries. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates
