Law against cheating and fraud

Some one has cheat me. He gave false promise of marriage. He taking money from me around 10 lakhs. I gave money to him through loan and credit cards. From two to three months hia not paying my emi's. Bank people harrasing me and that not taking my call not giving me proper answer
You should file a complaint before a nearest police station mentioning every details. Better you draft a complaint through an advocate so that ingredients of offence can be gathered in the complaint. It's a case of 420IPC.
