Sir meri construction site par labour ki current lagne se mout ho gyi h ab mujhe samajh me nhi aa rha h kya krna h aap help kijiye

सबसे पहले तो आप पुलिस में सूचना दें जो आप दे भी चुके होंगे। उसके बाद अगर मृतक के परिवार वालों की तरफ से प्रतिकर (compensation) के लिये कोई केस फाइल होता है तो कोर्ट के बाहर समझौता करने का प्रयास करें। यदि समझौता नहीं हो पाता है तो केस लढ़िये। अगर मजदूर की मृत्यु उसकी स्वयं की लापरवाही से हुई है तो आप उत्तरदायी नहीं है ।

Aap ye bataiye ki is me legal issues kya hai,kya kisi ne report ki ya Clem of compensation kiya?Yadi ha to hi koi advice di ja sakti hai,police ne kya kiya hai is mamle me aur us worker k relatives kya step le rahe hai,in sab bato par advice depend hogi.
