Shriman, Kal sham ( 12 November 2019, 6:30pm) ko hamare gaon m Shakeel siddiqui (42) naam k shakhs ki kisi ne hatya kar di. 7 baje police mere ghar pahunchi aur mere chhote bhai Umair Khan (20) Ko tafteesh ka bahane police thane le gayi. Jis ko abhi (13 November 2019,. 3:18pm) tak riha nahi kiya gaya h. Yah ghatna gram Harsamhar , post Aribpur, dist. Ambedkar Nagar (UP) ki h, jiska thana Hanswar padta h. Aisi situation m hame kya karna chahiye? Kripya Marg prashast karen Dhanyawad

police is bound to produce the arrested person within 24 hours to the magistrate to seek further custody. police cannot detain beyond 24 hours with the order of the magistrate. you can file a habes corpus petition before the high court, Lucknow. kindly contact us for further details

turant district ssp or IG or manav adhikar aayog ko letter post karo ki mere bhai ko police ne utha rakha ha or chhod nahi rahi. or court me ek wanted application file karao. ki police ne mere bhai ko pakad rakha ha or chhod nahi rahi.

pahle ap sp ko likhit complaint de usake paschat high court se ap writ ya direction karwa sakte hai ap arest stay bhi le sakte h ager apke bhai ka chalan hota hai to anticepetrim bail dakhil kijiye pahle
