Aapke dwara diye gaye information k hisab se isme Aur Section add ho sakte hain. Aur agar investigating officer ko isme diye gaye sections k hisab se offence nahi laga to charge sheet bante time isko hata bhi sakte hain... Isme aap Hurt, Grievous Hurt k bhi sections add karwa sakte hain. Aur kisne Mara hain uske bhi basis pe Aur sections add ho sakte hain...Isiliye aap Aur information dijiye ya aap call bhi kar sakte hain...

can be possible for investigation officer after collecting the evidence . if the evidence is in your then investigation officer cannot be reduce the sections . if investigation officer submitted under section 173 CRPC then you submit application concern Court against accused .
