Bail kitne time mein milegi iska koi fixed timeline nahi hota kyunki yeh case-to-case depend karta hai — offence ki nature, sections lagaye gaye, evidence ki stage, aur High Court ki current listing/pendency par. Aam taur par High Court mein bail application file karne ke baad, agar matter serious offence (jaise NDPS, murder, POCSO) na ho, to hearing 3-6 weeks ke andar list ho sakti hai, aur agar grounds strong hoon (jaise 3 month se judicial custody mein hona, investigation complete, chargesheet file ho chuki ho, criminal antecedents na hoon) to bail milne ke chances better hote hain. Sessions Court se bail dismiss hone ke baad Chandigarh High Court se bail milne ka koi fixed time nahi hota. Agar bail petition affidavit ke saath file ho chuki hai aur 3 mahine ki custody ho gayi hai, to yeh bail ke liye ek positive factor ho sakta hai. Aap FIR number, lage hue sections aur Sessions Court ka order share kar dijiye. Documents dekhkar main aapko bail ki possibility aur aage ki legal strategy ke baare mein sahi salah de dunga.

Hanji session se dismiss hone ke baad high court hi jana padega ya phir koi change in circumstances ho toh vapas session me bhi bail lag skti hai, 3 mahine ki custody hai par section kaunsa laga hai yeh maine rakhta hai, ap muje FIR number batae tab hi bata paunga high court jane ka faeda hai ya sessions me dubara laga skte hai
