Dear Sir, K.V.L. indicates the initials of full name of the advocate who filed vakalat. For example if I file Vakalat it will be recorded as KDK filed vakalat for Respondent because my name is Kishan Dutt Kalaskar. it is a procedure adopted by the Courts in Karnataka and also in other State for the purpose of identification of particular advocate.
