Dear Sir mam hum last three year se court mein case face kr rahe kise k sath ladai wala case hai. Opp. Party case mein hajir nai ho rahi jisne hamare against report file krwae hai. Hume kya krna cahiya. Court mein b kuch nai ho raha

file an application in trial for closing the complainant/prosecution evidence by order of court. go to honble high court if application is not allowed , HC may order the trial court to conclude the trial in time bound manner and for fair and speedy justice.
