Kawadiya hit on the car with thick sticks on the road

While I was coming from a doctor with my aged mother , near Uttam Nagar Delhi , three kawadiyas ( for whom separate area has been reserved on road side) on a bike suddenly came near our car window and started shouting to stop the car on side and hit on the car with the sticks they were carrying. I some how managed to escape and ran away. But what should I have done at that moment. It was totally illegal they were doing. Anything could be the case there.

i appreciate that you have brought such things into light as it is not only your problem but a lot of other people are facing the similar problem. though the police does not file any FIR saying that it is an off beat event and since no particular damage is done so it is better that one should let it go but according to my advice you should write to the police and ask them to take strict action against such a unruly behaviour of kanwariyas
