Jurisdiction in criminal case pending more than 8 years

An criminal case institute against the accused person under section 354a,354d and 506 IPC and chargesheet submitted by police in court . The accused summon by court and charges has been framed on accused . Where as per CD of police incident taken place at jewar and FIR filed at noida PS. PW1 also recorded but cross exam is still pending (PW1) not say place of incident . Now where noida court don't have territorial jurisdiction as incident occur at jewar then what to do by accused
The jurisdiction will hold at the police station where the FIR has been registered irrespective of the place of incident of some or all of the crimes. The investigation has already been completed by the Noida police. Accused must prepare for his criminal defense in Noida Court and apply for regular bail if not taken bail already.
