An criminal case institute against the accused person under section 354a,354d and 506 IPC and chargesheet submitted by police in court . The accused summon by court and charges has been framed on accused . Where as per CD of police incident taken place at Farah Mathura and FIR filed at Agra PS. PW1 also recorded but cross exam is still pending (PW1) not say place of incident . Now where Agra court don't have territorial jurisdiction as incident occur at Mathura then what to do by accused

354 IPC is a sexual offence and the victim can get it registered at the place of her residence or choice. This is the liberty given by the statute. You can file application for expdite hearing through your lawyer
