Judges not addressing arguments

Dear Sir/ Ma’am, Is it usual in India for judges not addressing all arguments raised by a litigant while writing judgement .

for an order to be valid a judge must give a reason order. a reasoned order is one which shows application of mind. in general all the submissions made by the counsels for the parties are recorded in brief in the judgement. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Hello, judges do answer all the queries which are prayed for and that may not include all the arguments. it is the prudence of the judges in India to address issues which are prayed for so it is more on the intelligence and the ability of the advocate which is reflected in the judgements in the lower judiciary
