Joining in state Government job in WB in 2015/police Verification done for that job/ u/s 376,354B,D I was alleged and I was arrested on 4.1.22 and got interim bail on 5.1.22 for false case /no charge sheet filed after 90 days/ now question is if I get next govt job at the higher post in some other deptt in state Government, can I join without police contraction if they don't file any charge sheet still then?

since chargesheet is not filled still you can apply for quashing of the fir in High court do you have the certified copy of your case after quashing of fir you can apply for any government job what is your jurisdiction...

at the time of filling up details you have to share the details of the case you have got into. you cannot skip them by not disclosing them. at the time of of internal verification, those cases will come infront of the verifying authority then you willbe caharged with the allegation of suppression of facts and it my make your credentials questionable. you may go for quashing of FIR before appropriate court. for further information kindly contact as and when requared.
