I have been Charged with major sexual felony in USA(the case is over and i have been released),Can I return to india and get a government job?

If you Aquitial the offence then you can apply the government job in India but if your case is being progress then you can not apply the government suppose if you are innocent that you have to prove the court then only you can get government job in India.
