respected sir we cannot say that the company is a fraud . I think they have failed to give you detail regarding the charges for the consumables and for other accessories installation I think they have failed to give you the details before they progress the installation for this reason we can send yeah explanation notice to them stating that why they failed to provide details before installation of the product
