It's been 2 year I've been running around for justice. The Police is stuffed with heafty cash where they are completely in favour of accused inspite of knowing all the facts and proof. I approached ADCP West and DCP also intially there was some action but now again in silent mode. Feeling soo depressed which forced me to attempt sucide even my death didn't favour me. Also looking out for some lawyer who can seriously take up this issue
Please dont take any extreme step. I will make sure you get justice. Law has enough power to take sure law enforcement authorities do there duty. I need more details to guide you. what is the stage of the case?

sir it is better that you file a application under the right to information act as to what action is taken and why the report of investigation is not filed, you can also approach the public prosecutor to address the court asking the police to file the report.
