it's an old situation happened in 12 years ago. I've got assaulted around one hour by slapping on my face until my face start bleeding.
Aap private complaint court me de sakti hain section 200 CrPC ke tahat agar aapke paas wajah hai itni der baad case karne ki jaise dar ya mental trauma criminal case me limitation period hota hai isliye directly magistrate ke paas jaana hoga civil case me compensation bhi claim kar sakti hain agar injury ya mental harm hua ho lawyer se consult karna zaruri hai evidence ho to madad milegi
