How to get ITR from my husband? Should I ask him directly in the court or file a RTI ? Please guide . How would I check whether my husband is working or not ? Has he any business or not ?

It is better to seek assistance from the Court in seeking such records from the spouse because you already tell us that he is an ignorant man. File a suit for maintenance. And with the same, seek his records.
