Is this legal if I use spy soft in my wife to get evidence against her

Hi,
I want to know Is this legal if I use a spy call soft In my wife phone to get evidence, I know she is cheating me for last 7yrs, and also involved in some illegal activities, like satta (gambling), massage spa business (sex recket), cause 2 yrs before I admit a complain against her in local thana in Delhi, but due to no evidence they didn't take any action, she has support from some local police,
After that she trap me with the same complain that i forced her to do such l kind of illegal activities and police started inuqire me. I got totally hopeless on that time now again, want to take some strong step against her, so please guide me, she almost reuined my social and personal life.
hello sir, I have read your query. I would like to know what actions did the police take on your complaint and 2ndly, how you know that your wife is doing illegal work or not?. why haven't you proceeded with a divorce petition?

Best case is to file for divorce.
Even though any evidence collected through spy software is not admissible in court, one can always file it in court.
Later, at the stage of evidence, you may not be able to prove it but a judge cannot completely shut it eyes to it.
