Is there any limitation for filling criminal case?

I have came to know fraud to my farm four years back. Can I file criminal against them now? Is there any limitation for filling criminal case?

First please specify that type of fraud so that we can guide you accordingly. Fraud means did the farm land has been sold illegally or has some individual has trespassed the same. There is no time limit for filing criminal case but at the same time it is imperative that we know the type of criminal activity before advising or answering your query.
