Is there any immediate arrests for 498a rw 34 cases as per latest amendment? How to comeout from this casez
no arrests 498a as per the directions of the supreme court and the immediate arrest of 498A only in case the accused leaving country without permission then only police can arrest the accused without any notice

Dear,
No immediate arrests for 498A r/w 34 IPC cases. Once an FIR is registered by the police, the police will send you a notice to come to the police station for recording your statement. If you do not adhere to the said notice and do not go to the police station and record your statement, the police may arrest you on the ground of non-compliance of the notice. If you go to the police station, you maybe released on personal bond.

There is no immediate arrest in 498a cases as per present supreme court judgment.
Upon receiving the complaint, the police should issue section 41 a notice to accused and refer the matter to District legal services authority. Only if the District legal services authority sanctions an arrest, can police arrest the accused.

No there is no immediate arrest for 498a,if case is filed against you,first of all there is counselling for both the parties for settlement if not ,they filed case,and we have to apply for anticipatory bail.section 34 of IPC have not represent as bailable or not,so no problem sure ly u will get bail.
