Is talking to married woman on call a criminal offence, we met on some app and because of our Disturbed lifes we started Sharing things and started liking each other, no she wants divorce from her husband who is crossed all levels of abusing her, mentally and physically, she has all the records to prove his abusive behavior. So are we safe if she applies for divorce.? Is it a criminal offence to talk on call with a married women.?
1. It is not criminal offence to talk to married women over phone with ethical manner.

It is not an offence to talk to a married women on phone or elsewhere, and if you both want to marry and if her husband is treating her with cruelty as you stated as she can file a case for divorce on ground of cruelty and also ask for permanent aliomny, further if you are also married then u too have to get divorce from your wife to marry her.
