Section 364 of IPC is a non bailable offence. Court of Magistrate can't grant bail in such cases. Bail will grant you or rejected depends on your case as well as on part of your role in crime. FIR and other circumstances plays a vital role in granting bail.

please do confirm wheather it is for ransom or murder what allegations are there in FIR do elaborate it is regected by lower session court in what grounds then can give you a proper reply to it the bail can be mature after 15 days.

Section 364 i.p.c define the offence of . kidnapping. Trail by court of session .offence is non bailable by code but its depend on circumstances of case and view on court for bail of accused. Lower court reject the Section 482 then after on rejection order accused has to file bail before the court of session
