Is pocso 354 A a quashable offence

I was in prison for almost 2 months because of this false case that is filed against me.
Case was 354 A pocso.
That resulted in me losing my job and money.
The lady who filed this case against me is very abusive, drinks and used to be a sec worker (I heard)
That lady once had a fight with me and she did hold that grudge and filed this case against me cause she was drunk that time.
She said to ngos that she is poor, she do dishes but they have a big dog at home. And she doesn’t do dishes of other people.
I do not want my career to get ruined.
I am on bail right now.
If I apply for jobs, will they know abt this after doing background verification?
This act is being misused in India for money.
How can I save myself from this and move on with my life?
Please help
apply for new job will not affected as you are on bail just follow properly the conditions on bail given once the trial will start in court about your matter appoint a adv to fight on your behalf in court

if the trial is going on... u have to face the trial....if your matter is not on evidence stage than you can apply for quashing of F.I.R in high court.....you can apply for job..you are not convicted your trial is going you can tell the situation to the employer of the companies

you have to go for quashing of the FIR from the bombay high court but you need to have proper evidence to prove the prosecution wrong and prove yourself to be true and get yourself out of this and get the criminal record removed from your name
