Is phone sex relation 1 year ago equal to abetment of husband suicide?

A friend of mine had phone sex (also called sexting) with his cousin's wife. He never had actual physical sex with her. They just happened to talk about having sex with each other during a phone call. But anyway immediately after the call, he felt guilty and cut off all contacts with her immediately. After 1 year, her husband (his cousin) came to know about the call that happened and imagined it as an long term affair and committed suicide. I have three questions. Will my friend be prosecuted for abetment to suicide ? And if yes, will he get bail - anticipatory/other? Also is there any chance that he will be found guilty ? All are hindus. My friend didnt do anything wrong except that he had phone sex with his cousin's wife. He immediately realized his mistake and cut off all contacts with the woman. He denied about the affair when his cousin asked him. He never thought that his cousin would come to know and moreover he never imagined that his cousin would commit suicide.
