24-Jun-2025 (In Criminal Law)
All cousins in long dispute over uncle's property. My cousin to manipulate my family he file false private complaint in 2012. I not see complaint and he got judge to do police investigation in 2020. Judge ask him to file say to police report. He not file say. I not see police report. New judge appointed and he disregard police report and allow him to seek my presence to harass me. Judge is new & not familiar with so many cases in his court. Is new judge violate procedure?
