AT A MARRIAGE PARTY IS IT UNLAWFUL TO TAKE PIC OF A KNOWN WOMAN IN A GROUP standing with 2 PEOPLE. THEN POSTING THE SAME ALONG WITH OTHER MARRIAGE PHOTOS ON WHATSAPP GROUP WHERE HER HUSBAND IS A MEMBER TOO.?
no it is not unlawful to do so if it is what you say here. taking a picture without the other party knowing can be taken as non consent but if the picture is the one where the person is seeing towards the camera cannot be a non consent

when in public place there is no restrictions in taking pic of anybody
and then uploading these photos
but you have to careful
that you do not upload these pics with inappropriate site / manner / with inappropriate comments
