Is it so easy to put 376 case after enjoying by a lady

Now a days many highly educated ladies are getting into love affair trapping guys and when they are in these ppl will put 376 actual rape after 7 to 8 months of breakup. And police will start torturing for money and the lady enjoys nNothing will come in medical and she will say rape happened 4 times in 4 months and she herself would have come to his place and she will also place promise to Marry somewhere in between. Even police and others will know its a fabricated FIR. If this is 376 then what is nirbhaya case. Are we in India not undermining the poor girls who are really raped. Does same section hold ?

hello , the usage of section 376 has become rampant nowadays but it was not so two decades ago. yes I agree that there might be some frivolous cases for fake section 376 but there has been legal outcry about its implementation as well. Highly educated ladies making it a habit is a common term but we also need to look into girls and ladies who might have been asked to keep quiet because of social stigma. In either case we need to look into the matter objectively
