Is it possible to lodge rape attempt against me

I have only one question right now is it possible to dodge rape attempt against me ,whom I did not meet almost 2 and half years ,also I did not do that too ;So is that possible;But I met with her 2 and half years ago ,and gave some money ;I have promissory note that she will refund it after 2 years ,all transition I have used cheque (account Payee) but I am going to sue that person as she stole my money,now can she dodge rape attempt as she said so if I sue her she can do that ;
1. there is no time limit to bring the allegations of rape though the delay of such time would severely weaken her case for sure.
2. If you have proof of exchange of money then her lodging complaint of rape would be considered to be counter blast and delay would make it improbable.
3. So if she defaults in making the payment you can condenser filing the civil suit for recovery of money and criminal case of cheating.

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your submission & i can suggest that if you have promissory note with you so you have solid legal documents with you,as well as you have legitimate scope to have legal steps against that lady as early.
