Is it possible to get bail in third petition

12-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My husband and 4 of his friends are in jail for 23 days under section 170 and 383. This is their first case. 2 bail petitions are dismissed. We applied for 3rd bail petition. Is there any possibility to get bail in 3rd petition?

You can file for as many bail petitions you wish to. But the point is moving the same application before the same court (judge) won't help. Kindly file an appeal in this case before the superior court. Has the chargesheet been filed in it. The police is supposed to file a chargesheet with 60 days failing which the accused is liable to get bail. section 383 is a non-compoundable offence and under which full trial is held which ends with the acquittal or conviction of the offender.

when u got 2 petitions rejected and what is the need to file 3 petition. Unless the until u get some new points or if there is any new developments you can opt for this 3rd one. Filing bail petition repeatedly will annoy judges and i donot foresee any positive out come.
